Sites are located along State Highway 200 between Hill City and Jacobson. Food, gas and lodging are available in Hill City, food and gas in Jacobson. Camping is available at the County Park near Jacobson. County Road 10 one mile west of Jacobson and south along the Mississippi River to Palisade contains good habitat for a variety of birds and mammals. State Highway 200 travels through bogs, beaver dam water impoundments and forests.
