Palisade is the closest town with gas and food. Berglund Park Campground located on the south side of town along the Mississippi River has nine campsites. Lodging is available in Hill City, McGregor, and Aitkin or the Big Sandy Lake area. County Road 18 is a gravel road between US Highway 169 and County Road 10. Turn south at the intersection with County Road 5 to Palisade or follow County Road 10 south to Palisade or north to Jacobson.
